Memories, football and the current state of things

I'm incredibly envious of people who can remember...well just about anything. My brain is such a scrambled mess that I can't remember much of anything. I've always wondered why. I mention this because my brother said something the other day about a time when we were throwing the football around at my grandmother's house when my uncle showed up and just started juking all over the place. My uncle was not a small man and my brother said how funny it was. Of course, I had zero recollection.

While I don't think this is a terrible uncommon malady, it still sucks! I'd love to have more memories of random shit from my childhood. As I type that out I realize that's likely the same for everyone, isn't it? Yeah, it is. I read a blog from a comedian that I enjoy talking about growing up and his relationship with his grandma. It was all amazingly specific! Some of could be bullshit, but the detail was incredible and made me a tad jealous of his recall. Then again, I don't think I've ever sat down and really tried to remember events from the past. Maybe I should actually try it.

This is turning into a terrible blog post, isn't it?

World football. Not American football. I love them both. I learned recently that the word "soccer" is British slang for "association football." Ok then.

Either way, I wanted to use this time to say that West Ham are fucking massive.

This is probably the 4th time I've written this part of the blog post. I was trying to formulate some kind of intelligent statement about how I'm so disappointed in the current state of things, but it's not coming out right. When I say things, it's just the world in general. Just disappointing all around. Doesn't have to be, but it is. Far too many selfish, ignorant dicks nowadays. The whole world being overly connecting doesn't help as these dicks have a platform with which to spread they're dickish ideas.

As I have to do all the time because most dicks are overly sensitive and political, dicks exist on both sides of the aisle so don't get it confused.

Yeah, that's all I can come up with really. Meh.
